Your new role places you at the very heart of our organisation’s mission—to serve, to uplift and to inspire. As a Club President, you are the face of Inner Wheel in your community. It is through your dedication, compassion, and tireless efforts on at the ground level that our organisation truly comes alive. The work you do for the betterment of society is the very backbone of Inner Wheel.
International Inner Wheel President’s Theme for 2025-26 is STEP UP & LEAD BY EXAMPLE – Leadership is all about taking that extra step, embracing challenges, coming out of comfort zones and leading by example. In a world where it is easy to get comfortable and follow the crowd, I want you to step up and make a difference. When we lead by example, we build trust, we create a ripple effect, inspiring others to follow our lead and we become the brand ambassador of our organisation.

The International Service Project theme for 2024-2027 is REACH & INSPIRE for a better world – Let us reach out with compassion and energy to weave a network of support that inspires the heart of communities, empower others and bridges cultural, economic and social divides.

VISION board for 2025-26 ‘Inner wheel C.A.R.E’ has been designed with inspiration from IIW THEME & International Service Project Theme to ignite ideas for new initiatives. Together, we will strengthen our ongoing projects, explore new avenues of service and ensure that our initiatives reach the neediest ones.
The focus now is on you and the responsibility of leadership lies on your shoulders – How many MILESTONES you COVER!
How many NEW MEMBERS you INSPIRE!
How many LIVES you CHANGE!
Take initiatives and guide others through your actions, demonstrating the desired behaviors and inspiring them to follow suit, rather than just telling them what to do. Every project is a platform to uplift lives, and every day is a new opportunity to lead with purpose. All Zonal Meets and National events will give you a golden opportunity to empower yourself by learning and sharing experiences. Inspire club members to join in large numbers and make them a huge success. Rise above the little things, be a big thinker and a bigger dreamer. With your passion and commitment, we will be able to take the image of our organisation to a greater height. Take pride in leading an organisation which has given us in abundance.
